Dick Wilcox, R.Ph. Pharmacist and Owner

Dick earned a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island and has been a registered pharmacist since 1974. He is former President of the Vermont Association of Medical Equipment Suppliers, is a board member and former president of NEMED (New England Medical Equipment Dealers), and has served on the National Advisory Council of Option Care.

Randy Pratico, R.Ph. Store Manager
Randy has been in pharmacy since 1979 and has been the retail pharmacy manager at Wilcox Pharmacy since 1993. Randy earned a BS in pharmacy at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and is certified in compounding medications. He specializes in compounding medications to meet the specific needs of patients and physicians. Randy provides a full range of pharmaceutical care services and consulting to patients about their health needs.

Sue Keith, CPA Chief Financial Officer
Sue is a Certified Public Account, having graduated from The University of Vermont in 1984. Her years of practice have been spent in both the public and private sectors. Sue joined Wilcox Pharmacy as CFO in October 1999. She is a member of the Vermont Achievement Centers Board of Directors and also a member of The Vermont Society of Certified Public Accounts as well as The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Phil Carter, RCP Director, Home Medical Equipment Services
After graduating from Quinnipiac University in 1975, Phil embarked on a career as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. He has many years experience in the respiratory field, both hospital and home care, the vast majority of which have been at the management level. His experience in home respiratory care and medical equipment services is extensive, dating back to 1986.

Kelly Mee, R.Ph. Director, Long Term Care Pharmacy
Kelly earned her B.S. in Pharmacy at The University of Rhode Island. She has many years experience in both the hospital and long term care pharmacy arenas. Kelly is responsible for drug regime reviews and the distribution of medications to our customers in various long-term-care facilities in the local community and the surrounding region.


Michael Carroll, RPh, Pharmacy Manager and Clinical Manager for Wilcox Home Infusion
Mike graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1997, and has previously worked as clinical pharmacist at Concord NH hospital and at Rutland Regional Medical Center, and Director of Pharmacy at Porter Medical Center. Mike adds a great combination of clinical pharmacy and management skills to the Wicox Home Infusion team.
