How does it work?
We will automatically fill any selected prescription a few days before it is due and either deliver, mail, or have it ready to be picked up.

How do I enroll?
Simply call Wilcox Pharmacy and immediately enroll any prescription that you would like to be automatically refilled for you. Our pharmacists are available to assist you with deciding which medications to enroll.

What if I decide that I don't like the program?
If you find that the automatic refill program is not for you then simply call Wilcox Pharmacy and cancel at any time.

Is there a fee for this service?
The Automatic Refill Program is FREE, however, a delivery fee is charged if your order is mailed. Arrangements for the payment of the prescription and delivery are made at the time of enrollment. For you convenience, we accept all major credit cards.

What if my doctor changes my prescription?
Please let us know if your doctor discontinues your medication, changes the strength, or changes the directions on your prescription.

What if I go on vacation and I need a refill early?
Simply call Wilcox Pharmacy and we will make arrangements for your prescription to be filled in time for your vacation if your insurance plan allows.
